Michael Ramsey, GVP of Product Management for Customer and Industry Workflows at ServiceNow, talked through the what and the why of ServiceNow’s move to cover end-to-end transaction workflows in the NOW platform. As he said, “We're moving into sales functions in the front office. And really, this has been a combination of us strategically moving there, and customers pulling us there.”

Jorge Watson, SVP and General Manager of Consulting at The Whole Group, explained how, as a pure play ServiceNow partner, The Whole Group is helping companies transform their businesses utilizing new workflows and scaled enterprise capabilities that are available in the NOW platform.

Chris Haussler, Senior Principal Product Manager at Logik.io and CPQ industry veteran, took attendees through a live demo to show how Logik.io’s advanced configuration capabilities integrate seamlessly with ServiceNow.
