CORT furniture orders are highly customizable and the configuration of orders rely on the hundreds of dependencies regarding availability, manufacturer limitations, and shipping concerns. CORT customers expect to be able to configure a set of furniture for a home, an event, or an office with ease and trust in CORT’s sales team and online selling platform to guide them toward options that suit their needs and are feasible to fulfill. Prior to purchasing Logik.io, CORT’s sales team had to cross reference availability information and manufacturing timelines in systems outside of their configuration software. As a result, sales cycles were slow to progress and sometimes interrupted by amendments to the orders as a result of a lack of real time information in the CPQ system.
