Notably, while many see B2C eCommerce experiences as the model to emulate, B2B companies have an opportunity to outperform their B2C counterparts. Logik.io’s study found that nearly 20% of buyers rated their B2B eCommerce experience as better overall than typical B2C experiences.
Logik.io’s research study was conducted with Sinclair Customer Metrics, a market research firm specializing in mystery shopping. The study assessed the websites of 527 B2B companies’ websites across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Technology/SaaS, and Health/Life Sciences.
